If your news app does not seem to be working properly, you may need to update the specific App as we may have recently pushed out a new update. Also, be sure to check and make sure your operating system is up to date.
- To check if an app needs to be updated:
- Login to the App-Store with the same account you used to purchase/free-download your apps.
- Select the "Options" menu (three lines icon in the upper left corner) >> "My Apps" >> Look for any apps that say "Update" at the top of the app list. "Update the Specific App", or "Update All".
- To check if the OS software needs to be updated:
- Go into your device's "Settings" >> "About Device" >> "Software Update" >> "Check for Updates".
